Step back in time and visit a traditional indigenous Chortí Maya community, located in a beautiful pine forest just a few miles west of Copán Ruinas. You will have the opportunity to make tortillas and pottery with the local craftswomen. This tour last 3 to 4 hours.

Hacienda San Lucas
San Lucas, a recently restored eco-hacienda just 3 km. from town, is famous for its mysterious and enigmatic Mayan sculptures, known as "Los Sapos", as well as its fantastic views of the Ruins and Copán Ruinas. There are also several nature trails on the property of this traditional Honduran hacienda.

El Puente Maya Ruins
The remarkable ruins of El Puente comprise the second most important Maya archeological site in Honduras. El Puente is located just 68 km. from Copán Ruinas.

Coffee Plantation
The Copán Region is home to several organic coffee farms that produce very high quality coffee. On this 4-5 hour tour, you will not only become acquainted with the entire coffee production process, but you can buy a pound or two to take home with you!

Hacienda El Jaral
Hacienda El Jaral, a farm located just 11 km. from Copán Ruinas, offers a wide variety of activities, including a water park, river tubing, and a movie theater. El Jaral is also renowned for its birdwatching. Lunch and a movie are included in the tour.
