| Horse
back riding adventure:Over the montains and across
the river to the famous Mayan ceremonial fertility site of Los Sapos (The Frogs).
2-4 hour ride. Tour available in English or Spanish. We also rent horses with
out a guide, so you can the explore the region on your own. | | | | | Hot
springs: Just a one hour drive from Copán,
the water of Fool River mixes with the boiling hot water of the natural springs
to create a temperature just right for soaking and relaxing. Swim in the man-made,
naturally-heated pools and enjoy the countryside. We provide two soft drinks and

A great mixture of culture and nature.
Visit two Mayan stelae located west of Copán. Meet the local indigenous
people, known for their pottery and hand-women mats. Hike to a fresh water
spring that leads to a waterfall, and eventually the Copán river and the
tiny village of Chonco. There are plenty of places to swim so be sure to bring
or wear your suit as well as good hiking shoes. We provide soft drinks.

| The
caves: We go spelunking in a
nearby hidden and rarely-explored cave. Just one hour by private truck and thirty
minutes of hiking brings us to the mouth of the cave through which runs a river.
Marvel at the stalagtites and stalagmites. Legend has it that this cave was used
by the Mayans as a secret passage to the underground. 5 hour excursion. Tour includes
